Celebrate the 4th of July

The fourth of July can be an exciting time for a family. It is generally one of the few days families can get together and have some fun.

That fun can be enhanced by truly understanding why we celebrate the 4th of July. This year, before you begin your party, take time to read about the Declaration of Independence. Help your family understand that while we live in a free country, that freedom was purchased with the price of many lives. That will truly bring new meaning to your celebration; no longer will it just be a fun day, it will be one that our family will respect and honor….and that will bring even more fun to the party!

Speaking of parties….it’s always great to throw a party and enjoy the festivities!  Our favorite parties have been ones that were simple.  Simple with some GREAT Fireworks!
